Default Humanatic sucks for taking away categories

I had handled by automobile calls. Then Humanatic take category away from me. I email them why they did that. They didn't send a message of reply. As soon as I make a minimum, I am getting request payout and quit their service.

If you don't do well in a category they remove it from your list. Accuracy is very important!

Sorry to hear that you lost a category. I have been with Humanatic since 2012 and I just listen to calls for the extra cash and I realize that you can't make a huge amount of money doing this. For me, I just listen to inbound and outbound calls to make payout. I think it's easier just to listen to the easiest categories to earn money. That way, I know I won't be penalized for marking a call wrong very often and I don't have to worry about losing money due to being audited. As long as I reach the $10 mark within a reasonable amount of time I am happy. I requested payout this morning, so hopefully I will see payment by Wednesday. Maybe you could email them and ask to get the category back? Just a suggestion. Good luck to you!

I asked to get category back. They said no. I won't sweat it. I get payout. As soon as I keep more minimum to cash out, I'm getting off it for good.
