We have a fellow member in church who have recommended this product to us. She was over weight and she said herbal life helped her loss much. Both of my parents are overweight. My father tried it once and he had difficulty moving his bowel when he took it. Both of my parents were hesitant of the product since then. Was it a normal thing with your body adjusting to the product? If so, does it go away with time?

I have used the product,in fact it was my first company.You have to drink a lot of water.
