I am diligent about setting dates with girlfriends. Everyone has to eat, so we meet for lunch a couple of times a month. Also, I have a friend that is returning to collage to earn her master's degree. We are going to start meeting at different places that carry wifi a couple of times a week. It helps to have another person to bounce ideas off of.

Those are good ideas .. If you can't easily get out of the house try and have some time for yourself to do your favorite "'at home " activity .. Ie read a book, your favorite tv show, a nice meal etc.

Im prone to this feeling since im working at home and doesnt go out and talk to anyone else. But it helps when I go out with my friends, i make it sure that every week i have time for myself to talk to my friends and mingle with them and also to meet other people.

Diversion. I always think about doing something. When you're idle, that's the time when a lot of things come to your mind. I just do whatever that suits my mood at the time. I'd call or meet with my friends, go singing at a karaoke house, eat at a diner/restaurant, watch movies, sleep, I could go on and on. It's pretty much just like that.

It's definitely a good idea to get out of the house every now and again. Even if its just for a walk around the block to get some fresh air.

I've got depression also and being in a rut and not doing new things eats away at you a bit. Take the time to do things that make you happy.

I'm here to chat if you need someone to talk too!

Great suggestions! I am hoping to have a car by the end of the month then I will def be able to get out of the house and get more sunshine in my life and also my son will be around other people/kids as well. These are good suggestions hopefully I will be able to use them once I get a car because this is definitely not going to work. I wish my husband could see the big picture but I guess one doesn't understand unless it's them left in the house all day with a very energetic two year old boy its rough Having two vehicles is a necessity in this case!

Default Go after you dream girl!

Start dreaming dear one! Dream of something positive. I'd also like to recommend you read this book:

"The Science of Getting Rich", by Wallace D. Wattles - I am reading this book and it has just given me a whole new aspect of life. I only see possibilities in everything. The same way one would read the bible everyday...I think this book is so inspirational......to me anyway.

Deam! Find out the difference you want to make in this world! and Go after it!!!

I believe in ya friend!
