It can be challenging to juggle it all . Try finding a routine that works for you and stick to it ... I know that's hard with a 3 and 1 year old. But of you can it will help a lot . Also , when you are working focus on that and don't get distracted by household chores /tv etc.... When you aren't working ... Focus on all that and don't think about your job. Again it's a little hard to separate it all but it will help you . If you can make an office area in your house that should help with keeping it separate .

It is difficult to try to "do it all" especially with small children. I am a Life Coach and I have a couple of quick. tips for you to try. Not that these will solve this but they can help you get through it. First, try to remind yourself that this too shall pass. Meaning that before you know it your kids will older and you may even miss this time of your life a little! Second, I developed a quick list I call "Take Five" . It's five things to do during your day that take 5 mins or less to do and can really reduce your stress level and help you make it through your day in a much better way. Visit my website in my signature below. Go to the tab that says "Health Coaching" then in that drop down menu, click on "Take Five" and you will see the list there, it's free! Try it, it really can change the way you feel!
