I've just started planting seeds for this summer. I planted a very puffy looking grapefruit seed in a paper towel and ziplock bag a while ago. It sprouted two saplings from one seed and have its own roots. It is polyembryonic. One is growing slower in comparison to the other. As per my friend's suggestion, I planted them side by side a bit separately so that the plants will get more light and I can take care of them separately. I am waiting to see if the small one will pull through.
I am interested in
trying tree seedlings. I'm not sure how many folks here know about lemon tree seedlings, but I've got about 20 from a nursery. I'm new in growing tree seedlings, so I've got lots of questions regarding the stages of its growth. I figured that this would be a great place for all my doubts. What are the steps that we have to remember while growing a tree seedling? I think we should have to take more care while growing a small evergreen tree than small flowering plants.
