Red face Lionbridge Timesheet Question

Hey everyone! I recently started as an ad assessor over at LB. It's a little overwhelming and I was hoping someone could help with a question I have regarding how to fill out the timesheets.

I start a task and it tells me the suggested time to complete it, ex. 8 mins. If it takes me 11 minutes to complete it what do I enter as time worked on the timesheet? 8 or 11?

It might be a dumb question but I think I've been logging too much time on my timesheets.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Im still new too so this may be wrong but its my understanding that in that case you should enter 8. I do believe, however, you are allowed to increase your time by 25% for the first two months. Again, just my understanding.
