Failed first part of Leapforce exam
I took the first part of Leapforce yesterday and failed. I answered about 20 questions and took me about 5 hours, then I had to leave to pick up the kids from school and just left the screen open to come back and keep answering the rest of the questions. When I came back and submitted the questions I was working on I got an error message saying to contact them because of technical difficulties. I coudn't finish taking the exam and I suppose the rest of the questions I didn't answer were all wrong. I received an e-mal saying a failed the exam and I MAY be eligible to re-take the exam.
Do they really let you take the exam again? I've ben checking my email evey time I get but I haven't received anything from Leapforce. I really hope they let me re-take the exam...How long do they take to send you a new invitation? Last edited by jigglypuff; 10-09-2013 at 08:16 AM.

The first part of the exam is all taken directly from the guideline information packet, the answers are all in there for you... you just have to find them. If you failed the first part I don't know if you get a second chance or not. I have heard of them giving second chances if you fail the 2nd or 3rd parts because those are the actual hard parts of the exam.

Did you contact them and explain the technical issue? They will probably let you retake it if you explain the situation. When you re-take it leave the pdf open and use Ctrl + F to find the info in the pdf to answer the questions. Everything is in the pdf, just use keywords.

Yes, I did send them an e-mail, eventhough I know they'll probably won't reply.
I read somewhere else that they take about a week after you failed the exam to send you an invitation to re-take the test. It's only been 2 days since I failed it so I'm still waiting to hear back from them. The e-mail I received from them when I "failed" says "I may have the one-time opportunity to re-take the exam, make sure you're checking your email for the invitaion" I am very hopeful I will get a secong chance, I'll let you guys know if I did.

applied for them few years ago, to my collection if you failed ( i failed the first time, i honestly wasn't paying attention and didn't know how serious they take it ), they allow you to take it like 6 months later.
Not sure if that still apply or they change it.

To my surprise they replied to my e-mail yesterday! IThe e-mail said: "Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. You may check your gmail account when your current exam expires for the option to retake the exam." May be they are gonna let me take it again!!!  Waiting impatiently for Tuesday!!! I just got an invitation to re-take the test for Leapforce.
For those of you that failed the first part like I did, and are wondering if they give you a second chance to take the test, Yes they do!
