Question Pampered Chef Feedback

I am considering joining Pampered Chef and would like to get feedback on the compensation plan. How does it compare to other comp plans? Anyone doing PC fulltime? Is 20% starting to low?
I truly appreciated the feedback.

I have never been with Pampered Chef but I had a party years ago. I love the product and still have my pizza stone. I considered joining at one point but the 20% is what stopped me. It seems to me that there would be too much out go and not enough left over. That being said, I know there are successful people with the company. If it is something that you really love and want to make a go of it, I say Do it! You will only know if you try! Good luck to you!
