Try breaking your meals into smaller portions and have some healthy snacks (that you enjoy) throughout the day to keep your metabolism going. Even if your schedule doesn't allow you time to go to the gym, try to at least do some walking or running (whichever you prefer) and if you can do some kind of weight lifting at home you'll see much better and longer lasting results and you'll be a lot healthier for it!

I dont ever underestimate Jumping rope. It takes a lot of core strength and is very underestimated.

I feel with weight I tone up faster. I need to work on eating better and drinking more water.

I read the whole thread, and the most popular way to get fit is running. I used to jog every day, but now when I run for a long time I start feeling pain. What is the way out of such a situation, when you want to be fit, but feel pain? Has anyone faced with something like this?

Proper diet and exercise are imperative. I find that HIIT workouts totally help me. :)
