What Workout did you do Today?
 
What did you do today to burn those calories?

I did my 4 mile run & I am currently doing Turbo Fire I am in week #5 (from Beach Body) I did some cardio and strength training ~Amy

Nothing today Yet! :eek:

It is only 1pm here, and I usually run in the late afternoon when it cools down! I ran 3 miles yesterday mid day...it was probably 90 degrees....probably won't be doing that again anytime soon!

I will run this afternoon for sure and do the shake weight when I get back :cool:

Tomorrow is my kick a** body works class that I take 3 x's a week. It kills me and I am always so sore, but I notice results almost immediately...I keep running back for more!!

Getting ready to go rake some leaves out from under our deck and hop on the treadmill. I have to be careful as I'm working through a minor back injury but I need to move a little.

I really want to get Turbo Fire and ChaLEAN Extreme one of these days. I love Turbo Jam so I'm sure I'll love these.

After reading you ladies' posts, I feel like a real slug :D. I'm exhausted just reading about your workouts :eek:!!!

I did my usual 30 minute treadmill workout and 15 minutes of weights. Was beautiful out today, so I got outside and cleaned dead vine off of the trellis on our patio.

Well today... I am suppose to take it easy.. so I did Jillian's No more Trouble Zones. Kind of upset about it.. but when can you do.. something is better then nothing.

As always I did my meal consisting of fruits and nuts in the morning. So I have no reason to loose calories, because my weight is normal. Wish you feel the same condition.:)
