I saw that. The particular cleanse that I followed said to avoid, so I did while on that cleanse. Actually, I was looking online and the candida cleanses I have found have said to avoid citrus. "Experts" on one side saying to eat citrus, "expets" on the other saying not to eat citrus http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley29.gif

IMO, for optimum results, I think it's best to follow the particular instructions for whatever cleanse you're doing since they're all different.

But since I'm not cleansing now, I can eat whatever I want! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif J/K

I may try this one when I cleanse in late summer/easy fall. It looks easy enough. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif

My whey protein powder has just shipped but isn't set to arrive until 6/7. So, looks like I cannot start until after that weekend since we are going to NYC for a black tie dinner. I can't be on my 3rd day of fruit and go to that dinner.

So, I will follow how you are all doing and I will post when I start too.

Enjoy ladies! Hope you're liking the fruit!

Wish I knew that before I ordered it! But that's okay, maybe I will venture out to Whole Foods this weekend so I can start early...I can always use the other powder later, right?

Wow Kass & Vilma, between the two of you, you are a wealth of information! Thanks, as always, for your info!

Hey ya'll, I just bought a can of the strawberry Whey and YUMMY! I was really shocked because he doesn't add sugar or artificial sweeteners to his product plus add the fact that whey protein generally taste bleh! I give it 2 thumbs up! Helps me get my protein in since I'm not a big meat eater (my sister is the exact same way...well except when it comes to Mc Donlads Cheeseburgers My family used to call me "Rabbit" because I was always munching on raw fruits and vegetables)

I went and bought a new can of whey protein at our nutrition store and I'm scurred! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gifI've always had to mix my protein with milk and some kind of fruit. So mixing it with plain water will be a challenge. I got chocolate so I'm hoping I don't gag http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley26.gif. My fruit flush will officially commence NEXT weekend. Hey, there's an arts festival in town and I can't neglect the chocolate covered cheesecake http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif.........or fried veggies, kettle corn, pizza, smoothies.........

Thanks for that mental picture! Chocolate covered cheesecake? Can I have a napkin...better yet, a towel, to wipe up my drooling? http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif There's nothing better than choclate & cheesecake in the same equation.

Have fun at the festival.

I am also doing my flush next weekend because I am awaiting my whey powder to come via UPS.
