Eating fruits IS better than eating all that refined carb stuff (white sugar, flour, etc...) That glycemic load stuff is interesting... I don't know how long it's been since i've been avoiding bananas... YEARS!!! I had my first taste of banana yesterday & I must say, it was YUMMY!!!

I might go and buy me some watermelon today. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley17.gifAnd i'm working on my nutrition planner for next week so I can get in enough calories including fruits as my main carbohydrate choice, protein, & healthy fats. I don't think i'll go ALL fruit though... Gotta ease into it slowly.
