Well, I did try to diet once. Actually I went on two diets.

I have the same problem but I don't know how I can take care of it. Honestly, I tried several diets but it didn't work... I feel so bad

This is my first response on a post, so I apologize if it looks goofy. Anyway, I would suggest 2 things first- one would be to download a calorie/food tracker app, myfitnesspal is a fantastic free one that I use. That will let you track what you're eating, which is the first step to correcting it secondly- start with very small but consistent changes like cutting a pop out every day.. ease into it. Consistency is key
