Default Proportions

I recently realized that, I believe I eat entirely too much, lol! I enjoy eating what I want, however that's starting to catch up with me. My latest decision regarding living a healthy well balanced life will include eating whatever I like, just in smaller portions! Those pesky calories add up FAST! Hope that this method will help me realize my nutrition and health goals without feeling like I'm missing out on my favorite foods. Anyone else ever tried to just cut back on their food portions rather than a specific diet plan?

Well, I did try to diet once. Actually I went on two diets.

I just couldn't get enough to eat on one...

I have the same problem but I don't know how I can take care of it. Honestly, I tried several diets but it didn't work... I feel so bad
