Default What do you think of these programs?

I'm a Fitness Trainer and will be opening a fitness studio soon. I just wanted to get your thoughts on these types of programs:

Insanity Live
TRX
Yoga sport
Core functional training program (similar to Les Mills Cxworx)
Bootcamps

Anybody? I'm just wondering what people think when they hear Insanity live or yoga sport. I've heard it scares people but these are people who don't really workout. Just want to see what people who work out think

I have been working out for about a month now I think workout dances are a lot better for people Who really wants to lose weight but not actually feel like you're doing work .

There is no way around hard work, if you are looking to lose weight, that`s the truth.

Thank You sooooooo much for your honest feedback!!!! You have no idea how much I appreciate it! I have done some market research (offering free classes and asking the women what they thought) and most who didn't try the class told me the same thing...it's too intimating! So, I will be creating something for women who want to workout but something that's not too intense like Insanity!! Thank you!

I love dance workout classes like country heat and zumba. Unfortunately, dancing is my weakness. I take the classes as a student but I can't teach it which is a shame because I LOVE to dance!
