I try to work out first thing in the morning. I'm definitely a morning person and I get up early. It's when I'm the most motivated. I've learned that if I start anything else before a workout, my workout probably won't get done!

I always workout in the evenings after wrappping the day up. The body can recover as you sleep soon after the workout.

I switch my workout times each day based on my work/life schedule, so can speak both to morning and evening workouts. I enjoy morning workouts solely because it feels great to knock it out early and have the rest of my day to myself; it also helps keeps your metabolism up for hours afterward.

However, I have significantly more energy and stamina when I workout in the evening. You would think it would be the opposite, but I guess after a full day of food and water intake, my body is primed around 5-7pm. I can go harder and don't "putter out" as fast.

It really just comes down to whatever time works best for your body, and schedule, as consistency is key.

I usually do early in the morning. I spend around 40-45 mins 5 days in a week.

I work out when I find the time! I workout 5-6 days a week but it's never at the same time because I have a little one at home and daddy has been pretty busy remodeling our home. So...for now it's when I can squeeze it in. I usually do 20-30 minute workouts so it's quick and effective!

I tend to find that the morning is the best time because things happen with work and life that can put you off your intent to work out. With working at home, I try do also workout or at least take a walk during lunch.

I can only workout in the evening, not a morning person
Especially after I became vegetarian, first two months felt like hell..

I've tried to exercise in the mornings before, however I found that an evening workout is much better suited for me, even if it's just a jog.
