Default My Saving Grace

I use the free version. It is a great way to track calorie intake, track food, and exercise calories. It has a social aspect to it and you can find other members who want to support you while you support them! It also gives you basic information on nutrients and macros. I have been using it for about 18 months now and along with that and other things, I have lost almost 60 pounds! I have about 16 more to go before I reach my goal by December 31 but hitting that weight goal is so much more feasible and easier when I have this visual reminders that MFP gives me.

Hope this helps!

Yes and love it! I love the ease of tracking via the app on my phone, to me it's more user friendly than the browser version as far as tracking food. I love the browser one for forums, blogs etc.

I started in May 2013 and by Sept 2014 I had lost 75lbs and was actually up to 80lbs lost in mid Sept 14 but I started school in Aug 14 and I was still tracking but school was overwhelming etc. I have gained maybe 20lbs over the last 2 years almost exactly lol because I had a lot of stressors in my life and eating is my comfort. I am back to trying to reign that in and stay in my calorie goal every day and need to some exercise too.

It is a great free app, tracks calories, tells you your goals and reading the forums of success stories was a great help! Good luck!

My husband uses it and loves it. He uses the free version but his only complaint is there are a lot of ads. He says it's getting worse (with the ads). Other than that, he thinks it's great!

Yes. I use the free version. I've been using it since 2013 and I've lost nearly 40 pounds, most of that in the first few months. I love it.
