I have many health challenges and vitamin deficiencies. I have lost 185 lbs through exercise, physical training, lifestyle changes and nutritional supplementation. I do not eat anything with Gluten or MSG. I am highly intolerant and have ruled out all breads, pasta, wheat, rye, barley etc. I also married my amazing husband who is a Martial Arts Instructor and has coached me back onto the right path.

My wife and I work out a lot together. We both have personal trainer backgrounds and have seen many fitness trends over the years. We like to incorporate as mush as we can for muscle confusion, however, we have been leaning a lot towards High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) or Burst Training. We do this on cardio days and strength training days. For example...today we only had time for a very short workout before our day began so we opted to do cardio on the elliptical. After a few minutes of warm up, we did 11 minutes. 20 seconds hard (90-105 rpm) followed by 10 seconds easy (50-65 rpm). Quick workout but intense workout.
