Does anybody use T-25 ? I started it a few months ago and got " side tracked " but I am back at it again

I loooove it. Short, intense and soooo satisfying.

Good to improve stability as you will find a lot of it has to do with coordination and footwork.
All in all, it's good to improve your overall muscle endurance. |
