I would like to keep my bodyweight about the same but add more muscle mass.

The one thing I've been struggling with is fitting in Yoga. I do Zumba 5 days a week plus walking, stretching and meditation thrown into the mix but I keep dropping the ball when it comes to attending Yoga. I know it will benefit me a great deal it's just basically me motivating myself to finally go to a class.

My power output on the bike is where I need it to be, but these last 10 pounds or so to reach ideal race weight are going to be tough.
