Since August 16 I have lost 23lbs. I am 5lbs shy of my goal weight. I cut out junk food chocolate was my weakness, and have pretty much cut out soda too. Changed my eating habits and started exercising too. Every once and awhile I splurge but the urge is no longer there for me to eat the junk I used to which is nice. I can now buy cute clothes and not worry if I look to fat. I never dreamed I would be in size small clothes when before I was having to buy larges. I'm at a weight in which the last time I saw this weight was probably in junior high so I'm very happy. I just now need some tonigh around my stomach area as that's my major problem area.

I am still struggling with my overweight problem; I am 25 weight 195 pounds. I understand my weight is quite over due to my emotional eating practices. But I used to do exercise; weight lifting; dieting to lose extra fats and now I am 175 pounds; but unable to reduce belly fats. Really frustrated with my weight loss journey; hope I will achieve my desired goal of fit and healthy body.

I have lost 15 in the last 2 months. totally changed the way I eat and feel great! now for those pesky last few pounds that don't want to go away....

Since the birth of my twins (2 yrs ago)I lost 100 plus pounds.I credit that to running,lifting and healthy eating.
