Thank you so much. I am now at a total of 50 pounds lost. I feel amazing and will compete to win the cover of our International fitness magazine called the Challenge Magazine. Voting will start on October 14th. My girlfriend and I are working really hard. I can see abs for the first time in my life.

Good for you Matthew. I would suggest Circuit Training. Its a great way to confuse your muscles. Meaning you just dont do the same stuff over and over.

I would also add to that to make sure that you keep the intensity level of your training high.
