Cardio is so great for losing weight, but if you really want to re-shape your body strength training is the way to go.

I'm blessed to get to teach a class called Zumba Toning. It's the dance party that Zumba brings, plus we use weights...really they're like weighted marracas... that make noise when you shake them. It's super fun and effective. For many of our Zumba students the Zumba Toning class is their favorite.

I used to do weights at the gym but it kind of grosses me out using equipment right after some big, sweaty guy...no offence to all you big sweaty guys out there.

I do both, but the weight training burns calories for a longer period of time, so it's great!!
