Wow, looks like you've covered everything on that list. I also like eating 1 square of dark chocolate a day - very good for the cholesterol and heart - has to be very dark though - at least 85% cocoa.

Awesome list ! I am going to have to reference this list when I go grocery shopping this weekend. When I get to the store, my knowledge on "healthy" goes right out the window most of the time.

Some great snack ideas! My all time favorite is 2 Wasa crackers with some farmer cheese and roasted red peppers on top!

When I'm craving something sweet.
Frozen Grapes Raisins When I need something salty/savory I love roasting chickpeas. Basically you drain a can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans. Spray down a baking sheet with olive oil spray. Toss in the garbanzo beans. Season. I usually use salt, pepper and parmasean but you can add whatever spices you'd like. 350 degree oven for an hour or until chickpeas are dried out and crunchy.
