I think my first advice to loss weight is to walk 45 minutes per day that will definitely help you.

IMPORTANT TIP!!
Nutrition is 80% Exercise is 20% ..changing what is being consumed daily will change both the inner and outer person. exercise keeps the body conditioned...and looking good too! i eat every few hours...loads of fruits and veggies..not enough room left. but i do enjoy a smaller portion of my favorite rocky road all natural ice cream at times... sharon |

No alcohol and drink lots of water. I notice when I don't drink much water, I don't lose much.

when I was younger, all I had to do was eat less and drink a ton of water for a couple of days and waalaa, the weight came off.

I would like to hear from anyone who has used hypnosis for weight loss successfully. And did you do face to face or use audio recordings?

What if I told you you could lose weight without exercise? You would think I was crazy right?! Although exercise is encouraged for a healthy lifestyle, with our system it is not a requirement! Simple lifestyle changes can change lives. Check out the Yoli website for more information!

Well, sure you can lose weight without exercise. But that won't necessarily make you look better. Ever heard the term "skinny fat?" (Look up Skinny Fit girl Ashley Scott on facebook or Blogger for her experience with this.)
I did a 35 day fitness program in June. Lost about 2 pounds, but the visible change in my body was so dramatic. My husband was shocked and impressed as I was much slimmer and more fit (just in time for summer). That required exercise (mostly weightlifting circuits) AND having a good handle on nutrition. Just cutting calories absolutely helps you lose weight and shakes and nutritional supplements are a big help with that, but I would urge people not to look for a secret way to do it without exercise, because exercise is the key to actually being more healthy, looking better, and having your clothes fit better. So combine this stuff with a little more movement and you will be amazed at how much faster your body changes shape. |
