Default Has anyone tried the Maker's Diet?

My mom and I started the Maker's Diet last week and it's going amazing! I lost 6 pounds in just one week. I didn't really have but 5 pounds to lose which I thought might take me the entire 40 days of the diet. You know how the last 5 are the hardest. My mom lost 8 pounds! She still has over 50 pounds to go.

I am so excited about this! I am also doing it as a cleanse to start eating healthier and more organic, as well as supporting my mom through her weight loss.

I've never heard about such diet, but it works - go forward and I'm happy for your results.
Keep on moving in the direction to healthy body and natural beauty! Good luck to you and your Mom!

Default new lifestyle

Congrats to you and your mom on the weight loss!
The Makers Diet is excellent as a lifestyle..healthier, cleaner, organic eating!
Jordan Rubin wrote/designed that and runs the Biblical Health Institute and trains others (I'm one of them!) to be Biblical Health Coaches that help people change their life with new eating/exercising lifestyle changes
