Default Praise Dancing Technique

I like dancing so I put together a playlist of Christian dance tunes and I spend 30 minutes twice a day doing dance steps (random ones and some I make up) which include push ups on an incline, dips, and squats. I call it praise dancing. It really is the only way for me to consistently get the necessary workout I need. And I get to praise the Lord at the same time.

When I get pregnant I gain too much weight. It took me 5 months to have my figure back. The secret is aside from exercise of course you need seroius diet. I only eat half cup of rice every meal and I drink glass of water before meal. And do not eat after 6 pm. Try it and it works

Hi!! Boy have been MIA for a while, and Amy where are you?? I recently got a PT job outside of the house and between that and my home gigs and our own business I never get on the forum anymore but my workouts have not suffered!!! So hopefully I'm back!!

My thoughts exactly. I've been trying to do abdominal crunches, not working for me. I am sticking to my morning 2-mile jog, not good enough I know, but I am building myself to doing more. We'll see...!

I started Rip 60 in January and love it! The first time I admit I was wondering what I got myself into but have really seen results. The trick with anything is consistency and if you do it enough, you will see results.
