Default What Workout did you do Today?

You know the best I've found to help with weight loss is the "forks over knives" video. I do 45 minutes of cardio 4 days a week plus weights in conjunction with the better eating (not dieting) that I discovered in that video. It works for me. Give it a try!

today 1 hour spin class and weights. Know what you mean about when school is closed! LOL Fortunately mine went to a friends all day. Still behind the 8 ball a bit.
