Today T25 Core speed and just ordered a new weighted hula hoop I miss doing that!

today - 1 hour spin class and weights.

I workout both at the gym and at home depending on what I'm doing. I like both equally, but sometimes it's hard to leave the house and go and sometimes it's hard to go downstairs and workout at home. Sometimes it's just plain hard! LOL

We are holding a Plank and Push Up challenge in my FB support group so four minute plank and 34 pushups today. Also, training for a half marathon (Nov 9) so today is an easy four mile run.

Saturday - 3 mile run

yesterday - 45 minutes on AMT machine and weights (mostly tricep work)
