Another 9.5 miles run/walk combined with more running now than before. I am also doing 30 minutes basic yoga before every run and it made me sweat a lot. Anyone here knows, how much total calories am I burning for this? When I run or walk and run combined, I know about the numbers of calories I've burnt as I am using Runkeeper and I think it's accurate. I just don't have an idea about the calories I've burnt doing yoga.
