Talking Cardio Day

Today is a cardio day! I am going to hit the tread mill and put my iPad on the screen. I catch up on all my training etc while doing cardio. I cannot sit still during webinars so it it perfect! I will hit the elliptical too.
My husband and I did a kettlebell work out on Sunday that was mostly uppper body. We did a fair amount of squats too and our legs have been screaming ever since!
