Sunday - rest, cleaned house, mowed lawn
Monday - was suppose to walk/run today but things happened and I didn't get to do it! Tuesday - pre-c25k...5 min warm up, 10 min walk/run, 5 min cool down, stretches Wednesday - rest Last edited by deadra; 10-22-2009 at 06:23 AM. |

I've been MIA as of late! Sorry about that!
For the last week or so I've not worked out at all. I injured my knee again and it needed some R&R - I plan to get back in action on Wednesday hopefully! I've actually broken through my plateau though and have lost well over 25 pounds, and it's still dropping now lower than it did the last time it touched the 25 pound mark before my 5 pound yoyo plateau... so yay me! LOL! |

I got caught up with doing some things with the kiddos and quit tracking all the way around - but although I hate not exercising, it's exactly what my knee needed. I was really getting worried.

Ok tonight I actually did some exercise (LOL!) I went to a kickboxing class that a karate master does just before the karate class my two sons started going to. Excellent class, combo of strength training and kickboxing - burned just under 600 calories in an hour.
