Ok, so I've started exercising again and plan on posting:
Monday - 20 min walk run - wk 0 day 1 C25K Tuesday - rest Wednesday - 15 min walk run - wk 0 day 2 C25K Thursday - rest Friday - 5 minute warm-up, 10 min stretching, 12 min walk/jog, 5 min cool down Saturday - rest, went to visit my new granddaughter in Shreveport Sunday - rest, cleaned house, mowed lawn Last edited by deadra; 10-19-2009 at 11:01 AM.
