On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being perfect and 1 being terrible, how do you rate your plate? Check in stay accountable![img]smileys/smiley10.gif[/img]

Okay, I will do this, but I really hate to admit it. My eating habits are horrible. I start out good, but when night comes I eat everything in sight!!

So between breakfast and dinner, I would say I am a 7.

But between dinner and breakfast the next morning I am a definite 11!!.

Today's plate was about a 5. I went over on carbs and calories but I did it on purpose to see if it would shake off this plataeu I've been on. We'll see. Oh I changed my scale battery....I likes the old one better[img]smileys/smiley36.gif[/img]

I'm back!! It's been a while and my weight has been up and down. I am trying now to lose 20 pounds and started going to Weight Watchers meetings again. I am going to post here daily to help with the accountability thing, so her goes:

I rate my plate a 6. I did so well all day and despite feeling hungry I made good choices throughout the day. BUT I went a little overboard with the ice cream. I got the "no sugar added" Edy's coffee ice cream, which has just 90 calories per 1/2 cup serving, but I had about 4 servings!!!!!!

This night eating is truly my weakness. It is usually not about hunger, either, just wanting something sweet and yummy. I really need to work on it. I am hoping that posting here will help with accountability.

Sounds like many of us do great until dinner time, then dinner time and after is what kills our day.

My Friday was not great. I went over on calories and carbs.
