I think it was a combination of the 2. I do find that what I eat the night before really effects my workouts the next day, but also not working out for a while can do it to because you've become deconditioned. Or it could be neither and you were just working out hard! What matters is how you feel AFTER the workout. That's what makes the difference[img]smileys/smiley4.gif[/img]
