Hi Kassandra,

I did workout this AM, but felt really horrible. It was probably that huge bowel of garlic and butter popcorn I ate right before going to bed!! What do you think??!!

Or it could have been that I was not working out consistently for the past two weeks when the kids were home.

I think it was a combination of the 2. I do find that what I eat the night before really effects my workouts the next day, but also not working out for a while can do it to because you've become deconditioned. Or it could be neither and you were just working out hard! What matters is how you feel AFTER the workout. That's what makes the difference[img]smileys/smiley4.gif[/img]
