Today was cardio for me. I walked for 30 minutes, but then was out and walking a good portion of the day running errands.

Today I took the day off. I did a very quick and very short walk. I can't even count that, so we'll just say that today was my day off

Sunday I did 10 minute trainer Yoga Flex[img]smileys/smiley4.gif[/img] Audrey, everything counts as a workout IMO even if it's just a stretch. I never take off days, just stretch days. They're just as important as the other days IMO. You're doing awesome! You super consistent and determined to reach your goals! You rock!!![img]smileys/smiley4.gif[/img]
