We talk about rating our plate and such.

Do you eat desserts? Are desserts on your plan? I eat dessert almost every night. My desserts stay within 100-125 calories.

An example. We had thin mint type cookies last night. They were 2 cookies for 80 calories. I ate 2.

I could not live without dessert!! Weight Watchers and Smart Ones make those single serving ice cream dishes. I eat those a lot. They are yummy!!

i always have a sweet treat! i just make sure it is small portion and low cal.

I don't have dessert every day, but I try to eat fat free pudding, fruit or yogurt if I do. Every once ina while I will have a cookie. The other day I "treated" myself to a rice krispie treat and it tasted so gross!

I guess that is good for my hips!

Weight Watchers makes a toffee ice cream bar. They are 2 points, 110 calories. They are one of my favorites.

I eat a little dark chocolate a few days a week. I will also indulge in something if I really want it now &amp; then. I usually give myself one day a week to let go of the "rules" and relax my eating habits. Some weeks role around and I don't feel the need to go off my plan, but if I do, I'll have something I normally wouldn't and enjoy every minute of it.[img]smileys/smiley1.gif[/img]

I am a former chocoholic and still need a daily dose of the stuff.[img]smileys/smiley17.gif[/img] But now my favorite dessert (that doesn't have me gaining weight) is chocolate meringues. I discovered these cookies at Trader Joe's. One cookie has less than 10 calories and no fat (and still tastes delicious). There's no fake taste in these cookies. Awesome!

Yum... I love dessert. I usually keep sugar free popsicles around as well as sugar free ice cream bars &amp; chocolate. Like Jen, I allow myself to indulge once in a while and I just work it off with exercise throughout the week.
