On a scale of 1-10 with one being "I lived on Thin Mints & Dr. Pepper today" and
10 being "I stayed 100% on plan today" how was your plate today? What
did you soar at? What challenges have you had? What's your plan to
improve tomorrow?

I'll rate my plate an 8

AM: Coffee, creamer, sugar

Breakfast: 2 waffles, 1 banana, 1 tbsp. peanut butter w/cinnamon too

Lunch: Weight Watchers/Smart One's Enchilada Suiza

Snack: 1/2 serv. Greek Yogurt, blackberries, Kashi Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Cookie

Dinner: Honey Crisp Apple, turkey burger, refried black beans, mexican shredded cheese, taco sauce, peperoncini's plus potato fries w/ketchup

Dessert: 1 slice of banana bread, 1 tbsp peanut butter

I did GREAT today. I worked with 4 other women today putting together sweet platter. We worked on these like 3 hours. All of them kept eating and picking at the platters. Finally one of them said "Audrey you haven't eaten anything, how are you doing it?" The answer was simple. "It's not worth the calories"

Ok...but I had dinner out with a friend and I had a shredded beef taco. So that was my calorie splurge today.

I would rate my plate a 9! I attribute my doing well today to the Atkins shakes. I would've had a 10 but I ate a second roll up (not a whole second portion but a second 'tortilla' so to speak).

Breakfast: Atkins shake, hand full of almonds

Snack: handful of almonds

Lunch - Leftover scramble in a low carb pita, Atkins shake

Snack: 1 Minute Chocolate Cake

Dinner: Chicken Roll Ups: Swanson canned 98% fat free chicken sauteed in olive oil wrapped in a Flat Out light roll up. One extra flat out.

Beverages: Water, Crystal Light w/ fiber (I add my fiber to it)

All in all a good eats day!
