On a scale of 1-10 with one being "I lived on Thin Mints & Dr. Pepper today" and
10 being "I stayed 100% on plan today" how was your plate today? What
did you soar at? What challenges have you had? What's your plan to
improve tomorrow?

I'll give myself a 8-9 today. I stayed within calories.

AM: Coffee, creamer, sugar

Breakfast: oatmeal w/pumpkin, banana, granola plank and peanut butter

Lunch: 1 c. Sweet Potato Bisque soup, one pkg salmon mixed with Greek Yogurt, relish, lemon juice and dill on top of a slice of Ezekiel bread w/slice of tomato and romaine lettuce

Snack: 1/3 c. Greek Yogurt w/ 2 tbsp Hemp Granola cereal, 1 Chocolate Chip Clif Zbar

Dinner: Barilla multi grain Angel Hair pasta, homemade sauce, tofu (hubby forgot the ground turkey so I subbed mine w/ tofu), 1 slice Ezekiel bread

Dessert: slice of banana bread w/1tbsp peanut butter and 1/2 serv. of butterscotch chips

I would really love to see what everyone else is having. Will you share?

Staying accountable by sharing what I eat is really helping me to be more cautious (not that you could tell the last two days with 2 brownies at night LOL) so thanks Kass for starting this[img]smileys/smiley2.gif[/img]

I rate my plate a 6![img]smileys/smiley6.gif[/img]

Although I ate within plan my meal timing and amounts were a little high.

Breakfast: Atkins Shake, several handfuls of almonds

Snack: 1 minute chocolate cake, cream cheese (sugar free, low carb, high fiber, and YUM!)

Lunch: Personal Pizza - 1 light flat out wrap, mozerella cheese, colby jack cheese, 98% fat free chicken (1/2 can), light pepperoni (3 large) YUM!

Snack: Atkins Shake, several handfuls of almonds (TOO MANY!)

Dinner: 2 servings Texas Scramble - eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, pepperoni, green, red, and yellow peppers, mushrooms, onions, garlic, and colby jack cheese (I got veggies in today, YAY!)

Friday, my plan is to start eating earlier. Also in the future I will keep shakes on hand so when I have to run errands early in the morning I won't skip breakfast.

I have to say about a 9 for Thursday. I'll share a funny story. I drink Starbucks chai lattes. I count the calories and sugar into my day on the days I drink them.

I do always go to the same store, so the employees know me.

Yesterday I had counted in the calories for the day and the girl decided to be nice and gave me a larger size for free. That was so sweet, but so not the calories I had counted on. The rest of the day my food was planned and there was no cutting elsewhere.

Other than more calories and sugar in that latte, I had a great day
