On a scale of 1-10 with one being "I ate McDonald's 3 times a day" and
10 being "I had a perfect on plan day" how was your plate today? What
did you soar at? What challenges have you had? What's your plan to
improve tomorrow?

Oh boy the day was going fine until tonight[img]smileys/smiley9.gif[/img]

I will give myself a 5 today since I did go over my calories.

Breakfast: Coffee, creamer, sugar, peanut butter chocolate banana smoothie w/wheat germ

Lunch: Spinach tortilla, tofu, mushrooms (made in a little canola oil), black beans (lunch was late)

Snack: 1 slice banana bread, licked the brownie bowl

Dinner: Ribs, mashed potatoes, peas

Dessert: 2 brownies (yikes!), milk and cereal

Just 120 calories over which wouldn't have been too bad but today was light workout. Oh well, tomorrow is another day. I might just have to say no to brownies because I can't seem to stop with just one boo hoo.

How did everyone else do?

I'd rate my plate an 7 today because I skipped breakfast (AGAIN![img]smileys/smiley3.gif[/img]) and I was too lazy to eat my veggies. I ended up eating breakfast for lunch, then having dinner. No snacks today because I ate so late.

Breakfast/Linch: Omlet: 2 eggs, 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 slice turkey, 2 slices pepperoni, 1/2 cup colby jack cheese.

Dinner: Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole: recipe at lowcarbfriends.com

My goal tommorrow is to make breakfast more of a priority and not get caught up in doing other tasks. I may grab some of the atkins shakes just to be on the safe side.

On the positive side my rings are fitting looser!Ok, now I need to take my butt to bed[img]smileys/smiley36.gif[/img]
