Hi Angie, haven't "spoke" to you in a while. How have you been?

I started working out again last month, 2 - 3 days of low-impact aerobics @ the local Jazzercise. I've also started a meal replacement shake for breakfast andportion-control for lunch and have lost a total of 8 lbs now.

I haven't been to Jazzercise in about a week due to Hurricane Ike. Received notification that their power is back on today (hooray!), so I'll go to this evening's session. Will get a good 30 - 45 minutes in...

I was short on time this morning so I ended up skipping my cardio and just worked my biceps and shoulders after a brief warm up.

Hey Susie- I wouldn't sweat missing Friday, I've had a less than perfect record this week myself [img]smileys/smiley17.gif[/img] 5 days a week is still super effective. Just remember, keep pushing play.

Today is Imax 3 from Cathe Friedrich and tomorrow I start my 3rd round of P90X, woo-hoo!!! I feel super rested up and am ready to crush the X!
