Today was P90X Total Body + for me, man could Tony ever do a workout without push ups ?![img]smileys/smiley17.gif[/img]

Angie- Glad you are feeling better!

Cassandra- Keep up the good work, you will be back in X shape before you know it!

Audrey- Nia is a body-mind-fitness technique. It combines a bunch of different elements into dance. Its kind of hard to explain but I love it.

I did 40 minutes at the gym on weight machines and then 20 minutes at home on the Wii Fit.

Ok...I'm excited. We're meeting with a personal trainer on Thursday to do free weights. I've never used free weights, so I'm excited to learn new exercises.
