I went back to the gym today. I did 40 minutes on machines. I'll post again later tonight. I really want to play on the Wii Fit.

Didn't have hardly any time to work out on Friday!

I did do a quick run for about 20 minutes and got my heart rate up and came home sweaty! So I guess I did something!
