Finally starting to feel better. We were thinking of going to spin class today but decided against it. I did mow the lawn though and in 45 min. burned just about 700 calories. That's a plus. We are not sure about spin tomorrow yet but I'm dying to get back to the gym. Maybe one more day? I dunno. I'll let ya know.

Glad you're feeling better. I took the day off today, BUT I did some moving of items and house cleaning and we went to garage sales this morning so I did get in a bit of walking and a bit of weight lifting (with the moving)

I went for a walk this morning with a friend. We walked an hour. Not sure how far we went since we both forgot out counters, but we walked an hour.

I hope to get to the gym to do machines later today.

Glad you're feeling better Angie!

Yesterday I took an unplanned rest day [img]smileys/smiley17.gif[/img] and today I did Plyo Legs from Tony's Horton's new One on One series. Yikes!! This is the 4th time I've done this workout and it fries my legs every time. It's a good pain though [img]smileys/smiley1.gif[/img]

I did make it to the gym. I worked out for 40 minutes. I'm feeling great today!!!!
