I'm really trying to work out daily since I'm going away for a few days and won't work out while gone.

My goal is weight machines for today. Will post tonight and let you know if I hit my goal.

Today is my of day but I am leaving this afternoon for a weekend at
Cathe Friedrich's gym. She has an annual roadtrip every summer full of
live workouts so I want to be well rested when we get started tomorrow[img]smileys/smiley2.gif[/img]

Hopefully I will get my TJ "Ball" workouts today! Mail hasn't come yet! It's still early here! Then we can get going with that stability ball challenge that you talked about! You'll have to give me some pointers, though, since I don't have a clue how to use a stability ball!

I ended up not feeling well and slept for 2 hours this afternoon. Not going to get any exercise today

Thanks Susie. I have/had a bug. I did not feel great today either. Tonight I'm feeling quite a bit better.
