Saturday:
60 min. Spin class

Ab Coaster-50 (new piece of equipment at the gym, very cool)

50 stability ball crunches

Other piece of equipment (not sure of the name)-10 reps

Sat on stability ball for 30 min.

Yay....I did it, I went to the gym today. I did the bike (cardio) for 40 minutes.

Thanks Susie.

I have a HUGE GOAL. I do not want to gain back the weight I've lost. I know that to meet this requires thought and action on my part every single day.

So, when I skip two days of exercise as I did, I begin to freak just a bit. I know how easy it can be to slip out of habits.

Today, I'm meeting my friend for a walk. I'll post on it later. Don't know yet if I'll also go to the gym. I'd like to, for the weight machines, but I know me LOL.

Today is Sunday. I did walk. We were out about an hour. We went somewhere between 2.5 and 3 miles. I think it was closer to 2.5

We walked out on the breakwater path. It was really overcast and foggy, so the foghorn was blowing loudly. Then we continued out by the pier and finally went by the art exhibit, then back.

So, I decided to go to the gym and do weight machines. I worked out for 35 minutes. I did all my upper body and most lower body. Since i had walked, I wasn't so concerned about lower body.
