Hey, Angie! Great to see you here! You have Turbo Jam! Right on! Isn't Chalene a blast? She has soooo much energy! I hope I canbe in asgreat a shape asshe is and have her energyone day! That's my goal, anyway!

The weighted gloves make a HUGE difference! I used them Wed. with Punch, Kick and Jam for half of the workout! WOW! Youreally feel it! Right now I am doing "The Advanced Rip You Up TJ Rotation." I'mnear the end of the 2nd week of this rotation.

After nearly 4 weeks of doing Turbo Jam I have lost 10 pounds and have dropped 1 pant size!

OK... I was sooo busy today ... I thought I'd squeeze in a 30 minute routine this morning before errands but I was doing college coursework and job searching (still no luck there)

Anyway we're going out tonite. In one hour the sitter will be here.

HOWEVER I HAD to do at least some exercise BEFORE we went out ... I'm sorry "shopping" at WalMart isn't going to cut it for me today soooo I just finished


My 1 mile job (OOPPS that should be J-O-G) DVD (another Leslie workout) Sweat is pouring off me right now ... FEELS SOOOO GOOD!!

I haven't lost any inches in the past week but I really didn't expect to either. Sunday I'll be putting on my 10lb walking vest and wearing it at least around the house ... however if I do decide to wear it while exercising I won't overdo it ... I'll most likely only wear it for 20 and 30 minute workouts. I'll also be doubling up on my ab exercises


ETA: I took a shower after I posted this yesterday ... I was STILL sweating ... I think I continued to sweat for about 40 minutes AFTER I finished the jog. I AM STOKED .... I could do that 3x a day!

Susie GREAT JOB but I'm jealous... I haven't lost any weight in like 3 weeks of exercising.

Inches.. probably in 3 weeks I believe I've lost 1.5 inches ... I believe I was 33 inches in the narrowest part of my waist when I started exercising every day. So hopefully in another 3 weeks I'll have lost another 1.5 inches.

My story for today.....

I cam home about 2pm just as I do everyday, but I could NOT motivate myself to go to the gym. Instead I took a nap.

I woke up and was so angry at myself, I got dressed and headed out to the gym LOL.

So...I did 40 minutes weight machines today.

Tomorrow I'm meeting a friend for an early morning walk
