You guys are sooooo awesome. I so didn't want to work out today. However I really did not want to come here and announce another day off, so off I went to the gym. I did cardio, just shy of 40 minutes.

I used to do 30 minutes. You guys have been so motivating that I upped it by 10 minutes and hit 40 minutes almost every time.

It's 7:30 mountain time right now (in the evening) ... I started to work out today ... however it was a DVD that is BEYOND my ability right now ... I did it two years ago but only a couple times... it's a 10 minute solution DVD and I was going to do 3 of the workouts (for abs) and then do my upper and lower body toning... well .... part of the first 10 minute workout was to be on my knees in a half-plank ... my knees hurt today so putting weight on them was not going to work.. so I thought I'll just do what I can until I get to the next one which was all standing

HOWEVER after doing the first few minutes of that session I was sweating and really didn't feel like I could continue especially with military squats coming up ... so I thought "stop and do weights a little later"

I just practiced (and it was awful) darts for a couple hours ... it's a little warm here today and I'm sweating ... I can only hope that is a good thing ... LOL

Now I'm going to go upstairs with MY ball and my weights (I'm increasing to 5 lbs today) and do my (at least) 25 ball sit-ups and then work my triceps and biceps while watching SYTYCD - then tomorrow I have a feeling I'll double up on the cardio routine.
