I first started coming to this board almost exactly one year ago. My goal was to lose 50 pounds, well I lost 30 last summer(with the support from ya'll wonderful ladies!). Then over the last9 months I have gained back about 5-7 pounds. So now I need to lose 25. I know I can do it and I plan to be here everyday, staying accountable.

Stacey,

Congrats on the 30 pound weight loss. I know how wonderful it is to lose that much weight.

What are your goals to lose the remainder?

Audrey-Thank you, I would like to lose the last 25 by Sept. The 6th to be exact, that's when were leaving for vacation, I started last year on 6/24 and had lost the 30 by Aug 15th, so I know that I will be able to do it as long as I stay focused. I will be starting back on Turbo Jam tomorrow and will start eating healthy again. I had some lab work done last week and my blood sugar was high, so I will def be cutting way back on the sugar. I do not want to be on insulin for the rest of my life, so I am gonna try cutting back and go back in about a month to be retested. Hopefully that will help and my sweet tooth will just have to suffer! LOL

When craving sugar....see if a fruity iced tea will stop the craving...
See if a sugar free popsicle will do it....

See if a weight watchers one point peppermint patty will do it (we freeze these)....

See if a weight watchers 2 point ice cream bar will do it....

See if your favorite candy bar frozen cut into small bit sized pieces will do it (it takes way longer too chew frozen candy bars)....

These are all the things I do when I'm craving sugar.
