Hello ladies... for those of you that have done or are doing the slim in 6 workouts, can you be so kind enough to post what your workout schedule looks like? A friend of mine sold me the DVD's but I don't have the schedule that goes along with it.


I would really appreciate your help!

Vilma are you still on WOWY? All you have to sdo is select Slim In 6 and it will automatically load the workout for you. Basically it;s Day 1 & 2 Start It Up, The rest of the week and week 2 Ramp It Up. Week 3,4, 5, & 6 Burn it up. All 6 days a week with one rest day a week. HTH!

Vilma,

I just wanted to tell you quickly...I actually had to do Start it Up more like 3-4 days. [img]smileys/smiley9.gif[/img] I seriously could hardly walk or squat to potty after my 1st day! lol I was doing great with it and got side-tracked, so now I'm starting all over again. I really like it a lot!

Thanks for the response ladies -- very helpful & insightful. I'm at a crazy fitness/workout/eating slump right now. I just can't seem to get motivated to do anything of anything. My weight has suffered greatly because of it...

I've actually never tried Slim in 6 before so I am looking foward to it!
