I am so glad I found the Fitness/Weight Loss Support.
Well here goes. I plan to lose 15lbs. Right now I weight 182 (mostly fat)and I am 5' 7".Before I got pregnant with my son (he is now 17 months) my weight was 169 -Iwas mostlymuscle because I worked outat least 3X a week.My dad is a body builder and he was my trainer.

I got up to 203lbs(the day I delivered).

Maybe I will get off my lazy butt now that I have told everyone what I weigh.

We're glad you found the folder, too!

Congrats on your journey to health. It was a little over a year after having my son that I started losing my weight. You CAN do it and you'll find lots of support here. These ladies are super!

Keep us posted!

Jenn

Felicia!
Yes, you can DO it!!!! Jenn is right, all the ladies here are GREAT!!! If you mess up or miss a day NO ONE judges, because we all do it!

Good luck - one good way to keep on track is to seriously check in and be accountable, no matter what you did or didn't do!

See you around the boards!

Glad you found us!!! You can do it! 15lbs is not that much if you think about it. Just take it slowly and do right.
I think it is awesome that your dad is a trainer and body builder...that will help alot!
Visit us often because the ladies here ROCK...they are supportive and full of encouragement!

Well, I did pretty good today. I did not eat all day long like I usually do.
I can not go on a diet. The word itself makes me hungry. So I am eating the foods I usually eat just alot less.

I only had one piece of brownie when I really wanted the whole pan.
